Set Firm Permissions in Juris Suite
Firm permissions set at the firm level affect all users of Juris Suite and are applied along with those permissions that are set at the group and user level. This level is usually used to make global permission settings.
To set or change feature permissions at the firm level:
- Click the Juris button in the left-hand corner of the window.
- Select Admin > Firm Permissions.
- In the list on the left, click on the name of a feature type for which you want to change the permission level.
- In the list on the right, click on the specific feature you want to change to select it.
- Click on the down-arrow that appears on the right and select the permission setting you want to apply.
- Repeat steps 4 - 5 for each specific feature you want to change.

Repeat steps 3 - 5 for each feature type and feature for which you want to change permissions.
NOTE: If you want to set permissions for all features under a specific feature type, use the buttons (Grant All, Deny All, or Unset All) at the bottom of the window. These buttons set the permissions all at once, for all features listed on the right.
Permissions are set as you make your changes.
- Click Close when finished.
