Resolve the "Index out of range" Error Message
The “Index out of range” error message occurs when your graphics display settings on your computer are not set for 96 DPI. To resolve the issue, follow the steps below that coincide with your computer's operating system.
To resolve the issue in Windows:

Right-click on the Desktop and select Display Settings.

Click the Advanced Display Settings link located at the bottom of the Customize your display window.

Click the Advanced sizing of text and other items link located at the bottom of the Customize display settings window.

Click the Set a custom scaling level link below the Change size of items section.

Select Smaller - 100% = 96 DPI (Pixels/Dots Per Inch).

Select 100% from the Scale to this percentage of normal size drop-down list.

Close the window.
NOTE: A restart of your computer may be necessary after making any of the changes above, in order to see the login buttons correctly.
