Edit Time Entry

In Juris Go, timekeepers can edit time entries that have been submitted, whether they are in Recorded or Draft status. This feature is unique to Juris Go.

Entries that have been submitted and have not yet entered the Prebill stage can still be modified using Juris Go.

If the time is in a Recorded status:

Time entries in a Recorded Status can be edited, but must first be recalled. When an entry is recalled, the status will change to Juris Suite Draft.

  1. Recall the draft entry by swiping left on the entry to reveal the Recall button. Entries can also be recalled by opening the entry and tapping the Recall button located on the bottom toolbar.

  2. This will remove the entry from Juris Suite and place it on the device as a Local Draft.

  3. Edit and Save the entry.

  4. Submit the entry to Juris Suite.

If the time entry is a Juris Suite Draft:

Examples of Juris Suite Draft statuses include Draft, Ready To Submit, Pending Approval, Rejected, Memorandum or Recorded.

  1. Swipe left on the entry to reveal the Edit button, or open the entry and tap the Edit button located on the bottom toolbar. This will remove the entry from Juris Suite and place it on the device as a Local Draft.

  2. After the entry is edited, resubmit it to Juris Suite or save it on the device as a Local Draft.
