Add a Receipt

Create a new expense entry.

Tap on the camera icon to the right of the entry.
A popup will be displayed with the option to Take Photo or Choose Existing.

Take Photo will start the camera on your mobile device.
Tap Take Photo to take the picture using your mobile device camera.
After taking the photo you will have the option to Retake or Use Photo.

Choose Existing will pull up the camera roll on your mobile device so that you can select a photo taken prior to creating the entry.
Tap the photo you want to submit and tap Add.

The expense entry screen will now show a paperclip icon, which indicates that there is an attachment.

When you submit the entry into Juris Suite, the file name will be "JGoExp[TimekeeperInitials][ExpenseCode][Date]-#.jpeg". The numeric (#) portion of this name will only be used for subsequent receipts submitted by the same timekeeper using the same expense code on the same day.
Example: "JGoExpMTCE10110022021.jpeg" would represent timekeeper MTC created attachment for expense code E101 on 10/02/2021.

In Juris Suite, the receipt displays on the Attachments Tab.
Additional attachments can be added or edited.
NOTE: Expense entries recalled in Juris Go will not contain attachments. You will need to add a new receipt or edit and resubmit your entry.
