Offline Entries

Time and Expense entries can now be entered in Offline Mode. This eliminates the barrier for timekeepers who are unable to sync with online data. Forgotten or last-minute entries can be created and validated upon returning online.

To start entering offline entries for the first time, tap the Use Local Data slider in Settings.

When Use Local Data is turned on, additional Offline entries are made by selecting the Work Offline button on the Login screen.

To return online, deselect Work Offline on the Login screen.

NOTE: Your online status can be verified by the Offline icon on your toolbar.

  1. Enter your Time or Expense entry. When working offline, the Client, Matter, Task Code and Activity Code can be entered manually.

  2. Offline Local Drafts are saved in a separate location in Juris Go for ease of access.

  3. Returning online will validate your Time or Expense entries. Notice that the Login screen now shows a Work Online button to select this option prior to logging in.

Under My Time or My Expenses, a red Offline icon will notify you of entries where corrections are needed.

Tap the entry with the Offline icon.

The invalid fields in the entry will be highlighted in red.

Tap the highlighted fields to access the Search screen. Tap your selection to update the field.

  4. Your entry is ready to Send to Juris Suite.

NOTE: Tap Refresh Local Data under Settings periodically when working Online to update local cached files.
