The enhancements in this latest release provide valuable information to billing staff, eliminate extra steps and match the way timekeepers and firm staff like to work.

Local Draft Email Notifications - To prepare for each billing cycle, billing staff can be notified of Juris Go users that have active Local Draft entries. To enable this feature, select the Local Draft Notifications tab in Juris Go Manager, then check the box to Enable Local Draft Notifications. With this feature, billing staff can:

Send emails to specified users.

Set notifications to be sent on a desired schedule or on demand. Clicking the Run Now button will send an email to the recipient immediately but will not affect any recurring schedule you have set.

Generate email notifications that contain user email addresses for quick access and communication.
