Conflict Inquiry Overview

Juris’ Conflict feature will help the law firm ensure that it is always conducting its business in a legal and ethical matter with respect to conflicts of interest. The Conflict search feature in Juris allows for quick inquiry into the Juris database to identify persons currently in your Juris system that may pose a potential conflict of interest. Searches may be performed on words or phrases; and basic English Boolean operators may be used to increase the precision of the search and reduce irrelevant matches.

The Juris Conflict function is customizable by allowing the user to determine which areas of the database to search.  Boolean logic can be used to get specific results that are relevant to the task, and wildcards are available when the exact search criteria are unknown or when there is a change of multiple spellings.
