Get the facts you need to deploy the Juris® Go mobile app for iOS and Android. Juris Go extends Juris timekeeping functionality to the user who is on the go, via smartphone or tablet.

Juris Go supports the following functionality:
- Add narrative descriptions to time entries.
- Authenticate via Juris Go sign in or by the following biometric authentication methods, if supported on your device:
- Apple devices equipped with Face ID or Touch ID.
- Android devices with fingerprint authentication.
- Create time entries.
- Enter time via timer or manual input.
- Fill out code fields from the app or Juris Suite.
- Link entries to existing clients, matters, task codes, and activity codes.
- Save and edit draft time entries on the device.
- Send time entries to Juris Suite for processing.
- Suggests results while you type characters in the Client and Matter lookup fields.
- Use narrative text codes in Juris Suite for shortcuts to add frequently used text. Text codes can be used in Juris Go.
- View details of your previous time entries made using either Juris Suite or Juris Go.
System requirements
Here's what is required for mobile timekeeping with Juris Go:

Juris Go requires Juris Suite 2.6.1 or higher. The version number for Juris Suite can be found on the sign in screen. |

Each user of Juris Go must be a Juris Suite timekeeper and must be assigned a license to use the service.

Juris Go Manager and related service |
The Juris Go Manager is a desktop application with related services. It must be installed on your computer running Juris server. Only one instance of Juris Go Manager can be installed per firm. A link to download the setup executable is provided in the Juris Go license fulfillment email. These components are installed:

Multiple companies
Juris Go supports logins to multiple companies. There is a dropdown at the top of the Go Manager screen for a company. The list of eligible timekeepers will be displayed for each company. If a timekeeper work in multiple companies, they must be configured for each. The admin will need to choose which company is that timekeeper's default company.
Finding time entries in Juris Suite that were submitted via Juris Go
Run a query in Juris to find all the time entries that were submitted using the Juris Go app.
- Sign into Juris.
- Open Setup and Manage > View Tables.
- Enter this query in the search field and then click Execute:

Connectivity notes
Juris Go notifies users in the following connection problems:
- No Internet available on the device.
- Services running on the cloud are unavailable.
- On premise Juris Go service or Juris Suite database could not be reached.
Using the app with no Internet
When you sign into Juris Go, the app checks for an Internet connection so it can reach cloud-based services to authenticate and process records. If Juris Go cannot connect to the Internet, the sign in process is suspended until a connection is detected. If Internet access is interrupted and you are already signed into the app, you can create and save draft time entries but cannot perform look ups, send entries to Juris Suite, or view history.
