How do I enable the timer to start automatically as soon as I create a new time entry?
There are times when you need the timer to start automatically as soon as you create a new time entry. Navigate to Settings and tap Time. Ensure the Start timer when creating new time entry option is enabled. When this option is enabled, the timer starts as soon you tap the Add new entry icon (+).
I stopped the timer before the event was finished. What should I do?
You can open a stopped time entry and adjust the duration.

If the time entry is closed, tap the DRAFTS tab, then tap the time entry to re-open it.
The draft time entry opens.

Adjust the start time and/or hours, and then save the entry.

Tap Send to Juris Suite.
The entry is sent to Juris Suite, and the entry is moved from the DRAFTS tab to the HISTORY tab.
I forgot to turn off the timer after the billable event ended. How do I fix that?

Open Juris Go, sign in, then find the time entry you want to fix listed in the DRAFTS tab.

Tap the entry to open it.

Tap the timer to stop it if it is still running. It is running if it is red.

Tap the Hours field then adjust the event duration.

Save the entry, then tap Send to Juris Suite.
The entry is sent to Juris Suite, and moved from the DRAFTS tab to the HISTORY tab.
What happens if I sign out of the app with a timer still running?
A running timer continues to add time to the Hours field even after you sign out.
When you sign in again, you can tap the timer to pause it. If needed, adjust the duration by tapping the Hours field and changing the entry.
How can I enable the Time Rounding feature in Juris Go?
To start rounding time, tap Time Rounding in Settings and select the increment from the list.
