Preparing for Juris Go Manager

Juris Go Manager and the Juris Go app are freely available and can be installed at any time. However, neither will not allow you to sign in until your subscription is activated.

Before Installing Juris Go Manager, make sure the following preparations are completed:

  1. Review the System Requirements.

  2. Verify that you have Juris Suite installed. You must purchase user licenses for each timekeeper in your firm who will use the Juris Go service.

    • To check the status of your Juris subscription and support plan, call (866) 448-5871.

  3. Set a default Juris instance in Juris License Manager:

    1. Open the folder that contains Juris License Manager. By default, this is installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\Juris\bin.

    2. Right-click Juris License Manager.exe and then select Run as administrator.

    3. In the Licensed Instances of Juris list, select the company number in which to operate Juris Go.

    4. Select the Juris Default check box if it is not already selected.

    5. Click Save.

    6. Click Cancel to close the Juris License Manager.
