I downloaded the app and got an “email not found” or license error when trying to log in. Why?

If you haven’t installed Juris Go Manager, the Juris Go app will not work. Contact LexisNexis sales to make sure your firm has a Juris Go license for each mobile timekeeper. To purchase Juris Go licenses, call Kendra Gebhart at (404) 588-4624 or email kendra.gebhart@lexisnexis.com.

How do I get my firm started with Juris Go?

What version of Juris is required?

Juris Go requires Juris Suite 2.6 or higher.

Do I need to install anything on my network?

Yes, your Juris administrator must install the Juris Go Manager. For more information, see Install Juris Go Manager.

How do I get the app?

Once your Juris admin has setup the Juris Go service for your firm, get the mobile app for free from the App Store or Google Play Store.

What version of iOS and Android do I need?

Juris Go is supported on phones and tablets running:

  • Apple iOS versions 13, 14 or 15.

  • Android operating system versions 9, 10 or 11.

What app permissions are required? (Android)

These permissions are required:

  • Add or remove accounts.

  • Create accounts and set passwords.

  • Find and use accounts on the device.

How do I get updates to the app? How do I know when an update is ready?

Updates are made available via the App Store or Google Play Store.

If I don’t have Juris Suite Time and Expense, can I still use Juris Go?

Juris Go is designed to be an extension of Juris Suite Time and Expense. Time entries created in Juris Go are entered directly into Juris Suite, so Juris Suite is a required component. Contact Kendra Gebhart at (404) 588-4624 or email kendra.gebhart@lexisnexis.com for more information.
