How do I assign Juris Go licenses?

How do I get Juris Go Manager?
First, order licenses for Juris Go by calling Kendra Gebhart at (404) 588-4624 or email kendra.gebhart@lexisnexis.com. Then check your email for fulfillment instructions and a link to download Juris Go Manager. For more information, see Install Juris Go Manager.
Juris Go Manager is telling me to check the status of my support plan. What do I do?
Before using the tool, purchase a Juris Go license for each user who will use the service. To order licenses for Juris Go, call Kendra Gebhart at (404) 588-4624 or email kendra.gebhart@lexisnexis.com.
I want to enter or change the email address associated with a user. Can I do that in Juris Go Manager?
Yes, just click the email field for the user, then edit the existing email address or type a new one. When finished, click Save and then click OK. All email addresses entered in the tool update any addresses already stored for the users in the Juris database.
I get a message that says the user was unable to be added. What's going on?
Email addresses used for Juris Go must be unique among all Juris Go users across all organizations. If you try to add or edit an email address for a user and get a message that the user was unable to be added, this may mean that a Juris Go user has already been set up with the same email address. For assistance, call Juris technical support at (877) 377-3740.
