Jordan Turk is a practicing attorney in Texas and is also a Legal Content and Compliance Manager. She earned a B.A. in Classics, History, and Religious Studies from the University of Texas, and went on to earn her law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Prior to her role as a Legal Content and Compliance Manager, Jordan worked with a high-asset family law firm in Houston, Texas.
Michele has been working with Juris for over 24 years. She started out in customer support and has had several positions—business analyst, quality assurance, and now product manager for Juris. Each step of the way, Michele’s passion to work hand-in-hand with the development team and our customers helped to provide quality software, drive excellence, and meet our customers’ needs.
Since 2005, Duane has trained LexisNexis® clients on a variety of products including Time Matters, PCLaw®, Juris®, Juris Suite, and CounselLink®. He has worked extensively with law firms, giving him a unique perspective of knowing both sides of the bill and matter.
Cheree Omtvedt is a Business Development Specialist for ClientPay®. She is a charismatic relationship builder with an extensive background in technical sales and support with over 10 years of experience in eCommerce. She specializes in payment processing platforms for legal, accounting, and other professional service firms. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family camping, hiking, and fishing, but during the cold Midwest winter months you will find her curled up inside watching a Disney movie or history documentary while her kids build a snowman.
Dan Beall is the Product Marketing Manager for LexisNexis Law Firm Practice Management Solutions. He joined the LexisNexis team in 2018 and brought with him a diverse background in product marketing, management, user experience, and communications. Dan has extensive experience in bringing new solutions to market and evolving established solutions to meet the challenges of an ever-changing technical landscape. His passion to provide solutions to problems with technology started in the late 90’s and continues to this day. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, boating, and disc golf.
Kathy has worked with Juris for over 21 years providing guidance, business consulting, training, and accounting consulting to law firms across the United States and Puerto Rico. Kathy is a Senior Consultant with LexisNexis and worked with Juris when it was still an independent company prior to acquisition by LexisNexis in 2007. She has specialized knowledge in Billing, Electronic Billing, Law Firm Accounting and is an expert in Juris/Juris Suite software. She has become a trusted advisor to and assisted hundreds of law firms across the country in developing the best business workflows and unique solutions for her clients.
Stan Graham, CPA, is a CPA in the state of Ohio and is a Senior Consultant for LexisNexis, providing guidance, business consulting, and accounting consulting for law firms across the United States for over 12 years. He has a B.S. in Business (Accountancy) from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati. Stan has specialized knowledge in Law Firm Accounting and is an expert in Juris software—an integrated billing and accounting software package designed for law firms, which is owned by LexisNexis. He also maintains a small tax practice in the Dayton, Ohio, area.
Carla Del Bove
Carla Del Bove is President and Founder of CDB Communications, an independent public relations agency specializing in content development, media relations and overarching PR Strategy. In her current role, Ms. Del Bove provides strategic public relations and content development support to the LexisNexis Business of Law Software Solutions (BLSS) portfolio of products. Ms. Del Bove also serves as a regular contributor to the LexisNexis Business of Law Blog. She frequently covers a gamut of topics related to managing the business aspects of the legal profession and relevant issues facing today’s law firms and corporate legal professionals. Ms. Del Bove brings nearly two decades of strategic communications expertise to her role. Her media relations efforts have landed her clients in a number of leading, national publications including: The Boston Globe, Forbes, Law360, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal & Law Blog (The Wall Street Journal’s legal trends and issues blog). Prior to founding CDB Communications, Ms. Del Bove worked at among the top global public relations agencies including: Arnold Worldwide, MSL Group and Porter Novelli. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire.
Frank Strong is the communications director for the LexisNexis software division located on NC State’s Centennial Campus in Raleigh. In this capacity, he leads communications efforts in support of software products for law practice and law department management and also litigation tools – across large law, small law and corporate counsel segments. With more than 15 years of experience in the high-tech sector, Strong previously served as director of public relations for Vocus, which developed marketing, PR and media monitoring software. He has held multiple roles both in-house with corporations, ranging from startups to global organizations, and has also endured the rigors of billable hours, having completed gigs at PR firms including the top 10 global firm Hill & Knowlton. A veteran of two year-long deployments, Strong has concurrently served in uniform in reserve components of the military for more than 20 years, initially as an enlisted Marine and later as an infantry officer in the Army National Guard. Strong holds a BA in Film and TV production from Worcester State University, an M.A. in Public Communication from American University, and an M.B.A. from Marymount University. He is a PADI-certified Master Scuba Diver and holds a USPA “B” skydiving license.
Kevin Bonsor is the Creative Services Director for the Business and Litigation Software Solutions business of LexisNexis. In this role, Kevin guides the creative, branding and content strategy for the business. Kevin began his career as a reporter in his hometown of Augusta, Georgia, and he has also worked as a magazine editor and was the new editor for HowStuffWorks, where he co-authored several books. Prior to joining LexisNexis in early 2012, Kevin held marketing communications and creative roles at several information services companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from Georgia Southern University.
